Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong English communication skills required; French is an asset.
• Analytical skills and problem solving ability are essential.
• Good prioritization and time management capabilities.
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly to client needs.
• Familiar with MS Office suite; comfortable with multiple clients.
• Client-focused, capable of working in a team and under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Currently residing in the Ottawa-Gatineau region and eligible for Government of Canada Reliability status.

Responsibilities

• Research and summarize industry leading practices.
• Conduct data analysis and documentation review.
• Participate in client meetings and interviews.
• Develop analytical models and decision-making frameworks.
• Perform process mapping; summarize key observations.
• Draft client deliverables and track project status and budget.
• Assist with client communication and support business development.
• Lead and support internal initiatives (recruiting, committees).
