Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Strong English communication skills required; French is an asset.
• Analytical skills and problem solving ability are essential.
• Good prioritization and time management capabilities.
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly to client needs.
• Familiar with MS Office suite; comfortable with multiple clients.
• Client-focused, capable of working in a team and under pressure.

The Role

OXARO is seeking qualified candidates to work a period of four (4) months this Winter 2027 as shared resources to support our dynamic Advisory team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Research and summarize industry leading practices;
• Conduct data analysis and documentation review;
• Participate in client meetings and interviews;
• Develop analytical models and decision-making frameworks;
• Perform process mapping;
• Summarize key observations and findings;
• Draft client deliverables;
• Track project status and budget;
• Assist with client communication;
• Support business development (e.g. market research and proposal writing);
• Lead and support internal initiatives (e.g. recruiting, committees).
