Job summary

Earnscliffe Strategy Group is offering a four-month fall internship in Toronto for students in Public Relations, Digital Strategy and Public Affairs. You will support client teams, assist with research, content development and media outreach, and participate in campaign planning and events.

You will work alongside experienced consultants, gaining hands-on experience in communications, public affairs, and strategy while contributing to diverse client projects in a fast-paced office setting.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in public relations, media and communications, journalism or related fields is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Initiative, curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support client teams on a variety of projects and assignments.
  • Contribute to research, content development and client deliverables.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects.
  • Assist with business development, administrative and event-related activities as required.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends.
  • Develop, maintain, and update accurate media lists and databases.
