Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Abbotsford, BC is hiring a part-time seasonal cashier. You’ll greet customers, handle checkout, process payments, and promote services while using SAP at the POS.

One or more years in a sales or service role is preferred. Starting pay CAD 18.25–20.25 per hour with employee discounts and benefits; join us at the National Hiring Event on Oct 7–8.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly manner at checkout.
• Provide a legendary experience and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs.
• Use Point-Of-Sale and SAP to complete transactions following store policies.
• Process payments via debit, credit, gift cards, and cash.
• Assist in other store areas as needed during busy periods.
• Open/close duties as required and support asset protection procedures.
