Bass Pro Shops Niagara-on-the-Lake is hiring a Seasonal Events Associate to support on-site store events and seasonal activities. You will greet customers, drive a memorable shopping experience, and assist with Santa’s Wonderland and family games during holiday periods.

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, this role involves handling transactions at the POS, supporting other departments as needed, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests and families alike.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a sales or service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed expectations.
• Experience in outdoor lifestyle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Provide a legendary experience and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s programs.
• Assist with store events and seasonal activities.
• Operate POS and inventory systems to complete transactions.
• Process payments by debit, credit card, gift cards and cash.
• Resolve customer issues with good judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Keep the work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
