Job summary

A caregiving service provider in Oakville is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors. • Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening issued within the last year.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray within the past 2 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and personal care

• Follow and execute the client’s care plan as designed by the Care Designer

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) within scope of practice

• Support safe transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises

• Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment

• Work within your training, experience, and scope of practice

• Complete accurate and thorough documentation

• Experience supporting clients with dementia and responsive behaviors is an asset

Position Requirements
