A caregiving service provider in Oakville is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to seniors. You will have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits you while ensuring the highest quality of care. Responsibilities include meal preparation, personal care, and following care plans. The role requires completion of a recognized education program and a valid criminal record check. Competitive pay of $22.08 per hour plus vacation pay is offered, along with ongoing support and professional development opportunities.

Competitive pay – $22.08/hour plus 4% vacation pay
PPE provided by the employer
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Provide companionship and personal care
Follow and execute the client’s care plan as designed by the Care Designer
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) within scope of practice
Support safe transfers, ambulation, and prescribed exercises
Ensure client safety and proper use of equipment
Work within your training, experience, and scope of practice
Complete accurate and thorough documentation
Experience supporting clients with dementia and responsive behaviors is an asset
Completed a recognized caregiver education program
Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening (issued within the last year)
Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray (within the past 2 years)
Two professional references
