The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skillset, preferably with a legal administrative background. Responsibilities include organizing onboarding processes, delivering training sessions, and assessing training needs. Qualifications

  • Strong technical skillset, ideally with a legal administrative background.

Responsibilities

  • Support program training needs of all new firm members during onboarding.
  • Set up and host refresher training sessions, virtually and in-person.
  • Work with management to assess training needs and develop programs.
