Proposals Specialist

As a Proposals Specialist, you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.

As a Proposals Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Developing proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. Will include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options.
  • Assessing risk of commercial and operational exposures
  • Handling targeted clients
  • Working closely across multiple functions to execute bids

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales).
  • Have Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have a Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently.
