Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for crafting compelling proposals? WalterFedy is seeking a talented Proposal Specialist to join our Business Development team in Calgary. In this role, you will play a vital part in securing new business opportunities by managing and coordinating the development of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other marketing materials.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals, SOQs, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the BD team and other stakeholders to understand client objectives and create clear, accurate, and aligned proposal content.
• Develop proposal layouts and graphics to enhance visual appeal.
• Manage proposal timelines and deadlines effectively.
• Maintain and update project descriptions, corporate profiles, CVs, and bios for technical staff.

What You Bring to the Table

• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, proposals, or business development.
• Demonstrated strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in time management and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in InDesign software.
• Previous experience in architecture and/or engineering consulting.
