As a Proposals Specialist, you will prepare proposals / bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contract commitments and assess commercial risks. You will work based on a predefined sales plan.

Responsibilities include :

  • Developing proposals, negotiating with customers, ensuring deals deliver shareholder value, and driving competitive pricing. This includes compiling and submitting tender documentation.
  • Handling standardized products with predefined options.
  • Assessing risks related to commercial and operational exposures.
  • Managing targeted clients.
  • Collaborating across multiple functions to execute bids.

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of sales experience).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work independently.
