Job summary

FLINT Corp. in Calgary seeks a Proposal Specialist to develop commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with Business Development, Operations, and other teams. You will assess opportunities, draft documents, review contracts, lead meetings, and manage deadlines.

Key qualifications include 3-5 years in proposal development, advanced writing and editing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. CET or PMP are assets. Pre-employment background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Proposal development experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, edit, and compile high-quality proposal packages for submission.
• Manage full proposal process including RFPs, EOIs, SOIs, and pre-qualification documents.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and teams to address client clarifications.
• Track opportunities using Salesforce CRM and maintain data accuracy.
• Lead content contributors and ensure timely, accurate, and consistent submissions.
