Workplace Options is seeking a seasoned Proposal Specialist to own the full proposal lifecycle—from RFP receipt through submission—working closely with sales, SMEs, and corporate teams to craft compliant, high-quality responses. This remote-friendly role requires 5+ years in proposal writing and strong editing capabilities.
You’ll coordinate inputs across departments, lead reviews and debriefs, and maintain content for the library while driving continuous improvement.
