Job summary

EBC Inc. in Ontario seeks a Proposal Specialist to coordinate the development, organization, review, and finalization of compelling winning proposal submissions. You will lead the development and submission of prequalification and proposal responses and related documents and presentations.

This role supports senior national and local teams to ensure brand consistency, optimal submission quality, and continuous improvement through templates and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant proposal or bid experience.
• Experience coordinating RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and responses.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud for proposal graphics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and delivery of RFP, RFQ, and RFI submissions.
• Coordinate requests, schedules, document control, and submittals.
• Develop compliant, accurate, and compelling response narratives and graphics.
• Research to produce accurate proposal content and messaging; identify risks.
• Lead meetings, kickoffs, status updates, and reviews.
• Manage information across platforms (SharePoint, CRM).
• Create pursuit responsibility matrices and templates.
