Job summary

GFL Environmental in Canada is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support Sales and Operations in developing RFP and client qualification documents. You will manage deadline-driven deliverables and help ensure timely, high-quality proposals.

The role requires strong writing, editing, and project-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Contract reviews may also be involved.

Responsibilities

• Produces deadline sensitive deliverables such as qualification packages, document reviews, etc.
• Upkeep of priority documents required for proposals
• Assists with the development of timely, high-quality and competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, etc.
• Assists with contractual reviews
• Other tasks as assigned by management
