Job summary

WSP is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to partner with technical experts, project managers, and pursuit teams across Canada. You will help develop high-quality proposals with executive summaries, project descriptions, and resumes, while aligning with compliance requirements and schedules.

You will collaborate with graphic specialists to enhance client messaging and maintain records in knowledge systems, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement within a national proposals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal development, business development support, marketing coordination, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting pursuits within engineering consulting, professional services, architecture, or similar industries is considered an asset.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document production skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and transform it into compelling client-focused content.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with SharePoint Online.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop, is considered an asset.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 - $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 - $107,700
