The Proposal & Commercial Operations Lead plays a critical role in supporting Metro Supply Chain's revenue growth objectives by leading the preparation and management of customer-facing proposals, RFI/RFPs, presentations, and pursuit deliverables. Acting as the central coordinator for complex sales opportunities, this role ensures the timely delivery of compelling, accurate, and compliant submissions, ensuring consistency across sales processes and content, and driving innovation and adoption of Business Development enabling technology. The position also supports HubSpot CRM administration, pipeline reporting, and data quality initiatives, while providing research and commercial insights that help the Business Development team identify opportunities and execute winning growth strategies. This role operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, and requires occasional travel.
