With significant investment and a growing portfolio, they are seeking top real estate professionals to support their continued growth.
As property manager, you will oversee accounts payable, tenant billing, building-related operating expenses, supplier billing, and recurring payments. Conduct daily building operations, manage critical equipment and infrastructure, and ensure maintenance and repairs are performed. Take responsibility for building operations and deliver exceptional customer service. Prepare and administer operating budgets, monthly analysis reports, and service contracts. Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of systems, equipment, and buildings. Foster strong tenant/manager relationships to facilitate smooth operations and serve as the primary contact for tenant inquiries. Manage incidents, ensure compliance with company and industry protocols and standards, safety, and oversee building operations technicians. Provide consulting services on projects, investment planning, and budget development related to building operations. Maintain or upgrade systems according to industry best practices and manufacturer recommendations to prevent or swiftly resolve system failures, avoiding interruptions and service losses. Execute any other related tasks as required.
You will bring a minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate, with proven expertise in budget execution and capital project management. Strong knowledge of vendor and contract management, along with exceptional customer service skills, is essential. Your ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, coupled with decision-making, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, will be crucial. Maintain a commitment to excellence in customer service and be a skilled communicator with active listening abilities.
A competitive salary based on experience, bonus, 4 weeks vacation, group insurance (60%), 3% RRSP matching, transport reimbursement, and summer Fridays.
