Base pay range

CA$110,000.00/yr - CA$140,000.00/yr

Overseeing all components of the design, construction and property management of our restaurant locations, the Real Estate Development team manages all aspects of the project lifecycle on new builds and major renovations from the conceptual design phase through to completion. This team also acts as property managers of existing locations including repairs + maintenance, risk audits and capital projects.

YOU ARE:

• A seasoned facilities professional with direct experience managing restaurant properties
• Organized, detail oriented, and has the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Deadline driver and comfortable with taking initiative
• A professional communicator, both verbal and written
• A post secondary graduate with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field and 10+ years of experience as a Property Manager or Facilities Manager

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Overseeing all aspects of repairs, capital plan projects and maintenance for the restaurant
• Assisting in CapEx and risk audits
• Scheduling and supervising maintenance repair work
• Assisting with checking installations and servicing equipment
• Maintaining stock levels, parts and materials
• Maintaining ongoing communication with contractors, vendors and the operations team

• Provide compensation between $110,000 to $140,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
