Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm, is seeking a Commercial Property Manager for their office and industrial properties in Surrey.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Property, the Commercial Property Manager will oversee daily operations of the property portfolio, including building management, budgeting assistance, and tenant improvement projects. This role does not involve rent collection or accounting reports, which are handled separately.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial or industrial properties
• Experience supervising a team of up to 5 employees
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
