Senior Property Manager: Harvey 2639

We are currently looking for a Senior Property Manager for our company located in Vancouver BC.

Our company is one of the well-known developers in Canada, with many landmark architectures across North America, including luxury condominium residences, hotels, and commercial buildings. Our expertise in design, property development, construction, and solid property management is second to none in the market. We are proud to make a difference through our complementary architectural expressions and create a better community in Greater Vancouver.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven individual to oversee over 1 million square feet of industrial buildings, retail spaces, apartment rental buildings, and condominium units.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  1. Rent Collections and Receivables:
    • Ensure timely collection of rent and other receivables
    • Follow up on collection efforts
    • Manage any court or legal proceedings as needed
  2. Oversee eviction processes, move-ins, warning letters to tenants, etc., ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
  3. Maintain good relations with tenants:
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Resolve tenant issues and complaints
  4. Leasing and Lease Renewals:
    • Ensure quality tenants are accepted
  5. Manage day-to-day operations of the properties
  6. Prepare or review operating budgets as needed
  7. Assist in TI coordination to ensure that TIs are completed as scheduled
  8. Maintain a database of current market rates and trends
  9. Prepare monthly status reports on all tenants and vacant spaces available for lease
  10. Identify new opportunities for revenue growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Property Manager
  • Valid driver’s license

This is a full-time position with a salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. A full benefits package is available after 3 months.
