As Property Manager, you’ll be the face of the community and the engine behind its performance—driving leasing efforts, leading onsite staff, and cultivating an exceptional living environment that reflects the high standards of GL Partners Management.

️ Lead all leasing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue

️ Motivate, mentor, and support a high-performing onsite team

️ Execute strategic marketing and community outreach plans

️ Create and manage resident engagement and retention strategies

️ Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

️ Minimize delinquency and vacancy loss through proactive management

️ Foster a welcoming, responsive, and service-driven community

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze the local market and stay ahead of trends
