We are a locally owned and professionally managed real estate organization with a strong focus on service, operational excellence, and long-term property stewardship. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a hands-on, service-oriented Property Manager to join our team.
Position Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and operations of our portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction, service delivery, and ongoing facilities upkeep. This role acts as the primary liaison for tenant requests and coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain a high standard of building performance.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Relations & Service Delivery
• Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, managing service requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Foster positive tenant relationships and support long-term retention through effective communication and timely follow-up
• Monitor feedback and support service improvements across the portfolio
Property Maintenance & Operations
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance and urgent repair work, engaging and managing service providers
• Monitor building conditions and ensure issues are addressed proactively
• Support safety and compliance standards across all properties
Project & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate directly with contractors on small-scale renovations, upgrades, and improvement initiatives
• Assist with RFPs, quotes, and vendor evaluations where applicable
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-through on project timelines and deliverables
Administrative & Budget Support
• Track maintenance costs and support budget adherence
• Maintain records of work orders, vendor invoices, and service histories
• Identify opportunities for efficiency or cost savings and bring forward recommendations
Qualifications
• 8+ years of property or facilities management experience
• Strong track record in tenant relations and day-to-day property operations
• Familiarity with contractor coordination, maintenance planning, and service response
• Familiarity with commercial lease agreements and tenant obligations under lease terms
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team structure

Monday to Friday, on call for emergencies
