The Condominium Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of residential condominium properties in the greater Calgary/Canmore area. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, finances, planning, organizing, and attending Condominium Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings. The manager acts as the liaison between the Board of Directors, owners, and suppliers. Responsibilities include overseeing finances, creating budgets, and preparing financial statements. This position is distinct from a Handyman or Rental Property Manager role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of previous Property Management experience, especially in Condominium Management
• Effective communication skills and good numeracy skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills for a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn quickly and make independent decisions under pressure
• Fluent in English (written, spoken, reading)
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle
