Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for an on-site role in a stabilized, high-rise property. The position involves performing mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks for new move-ins, inventory tracking, and maintaining documentation.

Competenze

• Proven maintenance skills and ability to diagnose defects.
• Understanding of safety standards and codes.
• Experience with building systems maintenance preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on property systems and amenities.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and prepare for leasing.
• Track inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document work orders and ensure timely, accurate record-keeping.
• Assist in grounds and common areas upkeep and cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety trainings.
