Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and punch list.
• Access materials from maintenance by tracking inventory and reordering as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds and amenities, perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts where possible.
