Job summary

ClaimsPro LP in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, is seeking a Property Claims Adjuster to join our team. The successful candidate will investigate, negotiate and settle property claims, delivering timely and equitable settlements in line with corporate policies.

This role requires at least 2 years of property claims adjusting experience, eligibility for a level 1 Adjuster license in AB, and strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills to serve clients and insured parties.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in property claims adjusting.
• Must be able to obtain at least a level 1 Adjuster’s license in AB.
• Ongoing commitment to education and learning.
• Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics.
• Good investigative manner.
• Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them.
• Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature, perform and understand advanced numerical calculations including analysis of comparative information.

We have an existing opportunity to add an experienced Property Claims Adjuster to our team! This position will be located out of Edmonton, Alberta.

Responsible for the investigation and adjusting of property claims, the successful candidate provides ClaimsPro and Client standard quality service and facilitates prompt and equitable settlement of claims within the parameters of corporate policies and standards as well as initiates and follows-up on business development opportunities.Specifically, this requires the adjuster to:
