Job summary

Avenir Energy Ltd. is seeking a Class 3 Propane Delivery Driver to join our Dispatch team and safely deliver propane to residential and commercial customers across Canada.

You will follow routes, perform pretrip/post-trip inspections, and ensure compliance with company and government regulations in a safety-focused environment. The role requires a Class 3 license with Air (Q), 3+ years of commercial driving, physical stamina for loading propane, and willingness to work varying shifts, including

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Commercial Driver’s license with Air (Q endorsement).
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Meets company standards for a commercial driving record as shown by a satisfactory abstract.
• Able to perform the physical demands of loading and unloading propane.
• Experience delivering propane is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload propane safely per regulations.
• Develop routes with dispatch using knowledge of geography and customer needs.
• Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers safely and efficiently.
• Complete daily pretrip and post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Report hazards to dispatch and comply with policies.
• Participate in team meetings and adapt to schedule variations including evenings/weekends.

Job Summary

As a Class 3 Propane Delivery Driver, you will work with our Dispatch team to deliver product safely to our residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Avenir Energy customers in a safety focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck with propane, adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
• Work with our dispatch teams to develop routes using your knowledge of geography, and the needs of our customers.
• Deliver product to both our residential and commercial customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete daily pretrip/post trip inspections and all other paperwork required.
• Report any potential hazards to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with all company and government policies and regulations.
• Actively participate in team meetings and discussions
• Work schedule will vary - need willingness to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends
• Other duties as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 Commercial Driver’s license with Air (Q endorsement)
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• Meets Company standards for a commercial driving record, as demonstrated by a satisfactory commercial driver’s abstract.
• Able to perform the physical demands of loading and unloading propane.
• Experience delivering propane is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of propane considered an asset.
• Ability to work various shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
