Job summary

Avenir Energy Ltd. currently seeks a Class 3 DZ Propane Delivery Driver to join our Dispatch team. You will deliver propane safely to residential and commercial customers in a safety-focused environment, supporting reliable service across our operations.

The role requires a valid Class 3 DZ license, 3+ years of commercial driving experience, and the ability to work various shifts outdoors in different weather conditions. Training provided, with opportunities for annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 DZ license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean CVOR / driving record within company standards.
• Experience delivering propane is required.
• Ability to load/unload propane safely and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload propane, adhering to company and government regulations.
• Develop routes with dispatch using geography and customer needs.
• Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers safely.
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and paperwork.
• Report potential hazards to dispatch and ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in team meetings; schedule may include evenings/weekends.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.

Job Summary: As a Class 3 - DZ Propane Delivery Driver, you will work with our Dispatch team to deliver product safely to our residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Avenir Energy customers in a safety focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload truck with propane, adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations
• Work with our dispatch teams to develop routes using your knowledge of geography, and the needs of our customers
• Deliver product to both our residential and commercial customers in a safe and efficient manner
• Complete daily pretrip/post trip inspections and all other paperwork required
• Report any potential hazards to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with all company and government policies and regulations
• Actively participate in team meetings and discussions
• Work schedule will vary - need willingness to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends
• Other duties as required by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Valid Class 3 DZ Commercial Driver’s license
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean CVOR / personal driving record within Company standards.
• Able to perform the physical demands of loading and unloading propane
• Experience delivering propane is required

Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of propane considered an asset
• Ability to work various shifts
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
