Job summary

Onni is seeking a driven Sales Center Associate to work onsite with a project sales team in Vancouver. You will greet the public, present project information, and manage daily sales center operations.

The role requires strong sales/customer service experience, Grade 12 completion, and the ability to multitask and work well in a team. Mandarin is a nice-to-have asset; vehicle access is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 is required or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset.
• Background in real estate is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite with a project sales team.
• Greet and present project information to the public.
• Responsible for daily sales center operations.
• Responsible for contract and inventory management.
• Provide market feedback to Head Office.
• Participate in weekly sales and marketing sessions.
• Assist Sales & Marketing in property sales launches.
