Job summary

Onni Group in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to manage project finances, track budgets, and support smooth financial operations across multi-entity construction projects. The role requires at least 5 years in project or construction accounting, strong Excel skills, experience with budgeting, forecasting and WIP reporting; Acumatica experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on job costing, progress billings and standard labour costing in the U.S. and Canada.
• Working knowledge of multi-entity and intercompany accounting, U.S. sales and use tax, and Canadian GST/PST.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and WIP reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups and macros).
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to cope with change in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

• Minimum of 5 years of project, job cost or construction accounting experience, including time in a senior role
• Hands-on job costing, progress billings and standard labour costing in the U.S. and Canada

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $95,000 Per Year
