Job summary

Onni is seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Property Manager to support day-to-day operations across our Vancouver properties. You’ll build strong tenant relationships, coordinate maintenance, and help drive safety, efficiency, and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on responsibility, tech savvy problem solving, and a growth mindset as you work with tenants, contractors, and site staff to maintain high standards across our properties in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in commercial real estate.
• Must be technology proficient.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day to day building and site operations.
• Develop strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage and provide direction to site staff.
• Manage and prioritize tenant service requests.
• Issue work orders to complete building or site maintenance and improvement work.
• Ensure monthly service contracts are completed timely and professionally.
• Track keys and access FOBS.
• Maintain all building and site maintenance logs.
• Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Assist with tenant improvements when needed.
• Assist in obtaining bids and budgeting.
• Coordinate tenant appreciation events.
• Manage and track maintenance inventory.
• On-Call emergency response.
• Other duties as required.

What Will You Do?

What You Bring

• Minimum 6 months experience of commercial real estate experience.
• Must be technology/computer proficient
• Must be personable and reliable
• Have a good understanding of construction process and practices
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
• Must be able to handle modern technology and be adaptable to change
• The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has strong initiative and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of constituents
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads
• Knowledge about modern HVAC systems would be an asset.

Salary Range

$60000- $72000 CAD Per Year
