Brymark Installations Group, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control support with a strong focus on safety to strengthen our field teams in the mechanical contracting sector.

The role requires a 4-year OH&S degree and at least 4 years of field safety experience, preferably in industrial construction or marine environments. You will develop site safety plans, deliver training, investigate incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of field safety experience, preferably in an industrial construction or marine environment.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor safety compliance of workers and subcontractors; conduct site inspections and institute remedial action if required.
• Maintain statistics and records and monitor accident/incident frequencies and safety violations.
• Review documentation for accuracy and provide feedback to personnel.
• Assist in the planning and start-up of new projects with respect to safety issues.
• Inventory safety related training of workers; conduct new worker safety orientations.
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks.
• Keep management current on the status of any issue(s) that may impact on the work being performed.
• Prepare site safety plans.
• Promote and model safe working conditions.
• Enforce safety regulations and safe work practices.
• Conduct hazard assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses as required.
• Prepare and maintain thorough documentation and reports.

Qualifications / Requirements

• 4 year degree in Occupational Health & Safety required
• Minimum 4 years of field safety experience, preferably in an industrial construction or marine environment
