Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction.

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, labour planning, contract administration, and industrial safety standards.
- Experience in Ports & Terminals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Bulk Material Handling, Power Generation, and Pulp & Paper.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Champion safety and quality in all site operations.
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.
- Oversee daily reporting, labour productivity, equipment utilization, job costing, and payroll submissions.
- Mentor, coach, and develop foremen and field personnel to build a high-performance culture.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and labour to optimize project execution.
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
- Support project planning, estimating, and constructability reviews.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on job‑related factors, including relevant experience, years of experience, qualifications, internal equity, and Carlson Construction Group’s compensation policy. Salary range is $140 - $170k per annum.
