Job summary

Brymark Installations Group Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team in British Columbia. You will support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent from planning through closeout, bridging project management with field operations and driving efficient project execution.

The role emphasizes coordinating documentation in Procore, tracking procurement, and assisting with scheduling changes while delivering high-quality results and strong team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects from planning through closeout.
• Support Project Manager and Site Superintendent.
• Maintain project documentation in Procore (drawings, RFIs, submittals).
• Track procurement and delivery of contractor-supplied materials.
• Assist with procurement coordination and cost/schedule impacts.
• Draft change orders and RFIs with Superintendent.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Site Superintendent throughout full lifecycle.
• Participate in construction strategy meetings and reviews.
• Set up and maintain project documentation in Procore.
• Track procurement and delivery of contractor-supplied materials.
• Coordinate mobilization deliverables including safety and quality docs.
• Draft change orders and coordinate with PM for client submission.
• Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
