Job summary

AAA Canada invites applications for a Project Manager responsible for traceability and substance compliance. The role leads the Programme Centrale pillar, coordinating data from suppliers and assessing regulatory impacts across Health, Safety, and Environment teams.

You will structure project work and lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced aerospace context. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technical project management, strong negotiation skills in French and English, and a track record

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing technical projects.
  • Ability to mobilize and lead multi-trade project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills.
  • Experience in materials and substances management or regulation is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the traceability and substance compliance pillar within the Programme Centrale organisation.
  • Assess the technical impact of new regulations.
  • Coordinate the collection and organization of data from suppliers.
  • Assess impact on Health, Safety, and Environment team and coordinate measures.
  • Structure and pilot the activity in the project mode (Costs/Schedule/Quality).
  • Lead a multi-trade project team of 5 to 10 people.
  • Ensure synchronization with the group in Europe.

Candidate Profile
  • Solid experience in managing technical projects (10+ years)
  • Demonstrated skills to mobilize and lead multi-trade project teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and synthesis skills
  • Previous experience in materials and substances management or regulation would be an asset
  • Advanced negotiation level in French and English (oral and written)
