Position: Project Manager, Supply Chain Systems - Brampton, ON

Canada's largest food retailer seeks a Project Manager, Supply Chain Systems, to develop plans and strategies for implementing Manhattan Active across the Loblaw DC network. Working closely with the Sr Manager, this role supports strategic planning, delivery, and governance, engaging with various stakeholders within Loblaw Technology and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning cycle, define overall portfolio strategies, and monitor adjustments.
• Prepare strategies, documentation, presentations, and technical recommendations.
• Build capability roadmaps for continuous value addition in DCs.
• Communicate to build confidence and visibility of new capabilities.
• Lead meetings and coordinate planning with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with DC operations and business leads to develop and align strategies.
• Support reporting and analytics to interpret data and derive insights.
• Collaborate across teams and promote continuous improvement.
• Develop process maps and user stories to influence decisions.
• Manage expectations proactively amid changing priorities.
• Influence without authority and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, adaptable, curious, and proactive professional.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with experience in building roadmaps and strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to simplify complex problems.
• Knowledge of project and portfolio management, workflows, and data mapping.
• Creative problem-solving skills and experience with strategic change and technology roadmaps.
• Minimum 5 years in IT project management, familiar with Agile, Microsoft tools, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Post-secondary degree/diploma; retail tech experience or MBA is a plus.
