Director, Strategic Operations/ Innovation

This role at a growing, independent asset management firm involves leading cross-functional projects focused on automation, investor operations, and data management. Reporting to the Managing Director of Operations, you will drive process improvement and technology implementation to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead operational and technology initiatives across fund, investor, and corporate operations.
  • Drive process automation and data optimization across internal systems and external custodians.
  • Partner with senior leadership to deliver scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
  • Execute firm-wide initiatives to reduce operational risk and enhance investor experience.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record leading tech-enabled transformation within investment operations.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with custodians and PMS systems (e.g., Harmony).
  • Background in asset management or private markets preferred.
