Who you are:

We’re always looking for innovative thinkers who thrive on turning data into action! We’re seeking a Senior Supply Chain Digital Transformation Specialist who will lead the charge in bringing AI, automation, and advanced analytics into our global supply chain operations. If you’re excited about optimizing processes, improving forecasting, and implementing cutting-edge solutions in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment — we’d love to hear from you!

What you'll do:

As a Senior Supply Chain Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming how we manage supply chain planning, procurement, and inventory through AI and digital tools. You will lead the implementation of a new Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and ensure it integrates seamlessly with our current platforms and telematics infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze supply chain data, identify automation opportunities, and build real-time reporting tools that improve visibility and performance. You’ll also help develop new standard operating procedures and train teams to ensure successful adoption of our new digital capabilities. Your expertise will drive smarter decision-making, improved supplier collaboration, and long-term operational efficiency across the organization.

How you'll make an impact

Examine extensive datasets related to operations and supply chains to uncover trends and areas for improvement; produce clear, actionable reports and data visualizations.

Deploy and refine AI/machine learning models to improve demand forecasting, inventory management and procurement strategies.

Ensure AI solutions are scalable, interpretable, and integrated into business processes and tools.

Create real-time dashboards and reports to monitor supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs), assess supplier performance and oversee inventory statuses.

Apply predictive analytics to detect patterns, shorten lead times, and address supply chain vulnerabilities.

Work with stakeholders to establish Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system specifications, ensuring alignment with existing processes.

Evaluate, select, and deploy an advanced MRP/Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system customized for the telematics sector.

Oversee the seamless integration of the MRP system with current ERP solutions, Internet of Things (IoT) tracking systems, and inventory control tools.

Educate teams on the new system and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to promote effective MRP use and data-informed decision-making.

Spot and implement automation prospects within supply chain operations using AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and sophisticated analytics.

Improve the interoperability between supply chain software and telematics tracking systems by collaborating with IT and engineering departments.

Streamline the procurement of raw materials and manage supplier lead times to match demand variations.

Develop and implement AI-driven supplier evaluation tools to measure performance, lead times, and assess risks.

Increase awareness of global and regional supply chain threats and establish comprehensive business continuity plans.

Proactively seek opportunities to apply AI technologies within global operations and supply chains to boost efficiency, cut costs, improve forecasting, and refine processes.

Lead ongoing enhancements in production scheduling, supplier collaboration, and warehouse operations.

Partner with various teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions, including defining project objectives, gathering requirements, assessing vendors, and managing project timelines.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and data analytics, continually exploring new applications.

What you'll bring to the role

5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, ERP/MRP implementation, or data analytics (preferably in telematics, electronics, or manufacturing).

Strong experience in AI-driven analytics, machine learning models, statistical modelling and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL).

Strong understanding of AI concepts and techniques, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing.

Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, or similar).

Knowledge of inventory optimization, demand forecasting and procurement analytics.

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum or traditional project management methodologies.

Ability to develop supplier risk assessments, global sourcing strategies and business continuity plans.

Experience managing supplier relationships, procurement contracts and cost-reduction initiatives.

Excellent cross-function collaboration skills and project management abilities.

Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, GBQ) is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

APICS CPIM, CSCP, Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this role! Even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
