Randstad Canada, on behalf of a premier engineering-led ICI General Contractor, seeks an experienced Project Manager with 6+ years of Ontario ICI experience to own major GTA projects from conception through handover.
The role requires managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and stakeholder communications, using Jonas, Procore, MS Project, and Primavera. A Civil/Construction degree and LEED/GC certifications are valued.
Our client is a premier, engineering-led ICI General Contractor headquartered in Woodbridge, ON, specializing in large-scale, complex institutional and commercial new-build projects across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Known for delivering high-profile, community-focused developments ($5M to $80M+) - including state-of-the-art recreation centers, educational facilities, and municipal infrastructure - they pride themselves on operational excellence, strong trade relationships, and sustainable building practices. They are currently seeking an experienced ICI Project Manager to take full-cycle ownership of major projects from conception to final handover.
