MPI, a mid-sized Ottawa-based General Contractor in the ICI sector, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team due to growth. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ICI PM experience, handles $5–$20M projects, and can secure security clearance. Health insurance and a pension scheme are part of the offer.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years ICI focused Project Management experience.
• Experience working on both New build and Renovations/fit-outs.
• Experience leading projects valued between $5 Million - $20 Million required.
• Security clearance, or the ability to secure security clearance is preferred.
• The successful candidate will organise and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Manage and schedule labour and subcontractors and provide guidance and supervision as needed
• Plan and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress
