We have an exciting IMMEDIATE opportunity for a Project Manager - Demolition to join our team in Delta, BC.
POSITION SUMMARY
The selected candidate will play an active role in our growing Demolition division by being responsible for executing projects that meet or exceed company financial targets, on time and within budget. The Project Manager will manage client relationships, ensuring projects meet or exceed key performance indicators, and business development in both identifying potential works and working with the estimating team throughout the bid process. The Project Manager will also oversee on-site project resources, both human and capital, while ensuring that projects meet or exceed QM’s Health and Safety Policies and Programs.

Work is primarily in an office environment but requires frequent travel to work sites, to monitor the progress of work and to meet with Site Superintendents and / or clients.
