- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive project plans.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, aligning short-term and long-term goals.
- Monitor project milestones, manage dependencies, and adapt plans as needed.
- Coordinate efforts across diverse technical, design, and operational teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the project team and stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Conduct regular project health assessments and report to senior stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and executive teams.
- Ensure adherence to public sector standards, guidelines, and policies.
- Complete required project documentation (business cases, risk assessments, impact analyses).
- Develop project roadmaps outlining key milestones and timelines.
Required Skills & Certifications :
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-phase projects with on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience delivering executive-level updates.
- Skill in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Proficiency in project budget planning and monitoring.
- Familiarity with public sector project management standards and government protocols.
- Experience managing projects within a regulated environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and related integration practices.
- Proficiency in online collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Miro, Atlassian Confluence).
- Adaptability, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, and attention to detail.
