A healthcare technology company in Toronto is seeking a Project Manager for Clinical Implementations to lead projects across healthcare organizations. This role requires managing diverse teams and engaging with clients to ensure the successful deployment of solutions. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in project management and stakeholder engagement in healthcare settings. Verto is a hybrid company with a remote-first approach. While most of our team works remotely within the GTA, we encourage in‑office collaboration at OneEleven (downtown Toronto).
As a Project Manager on the Clinical Implementations, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimization and frontline deployment of Verto’s platforms across healthcare organizations.
This is a critical, customer facing role on a highly visible initiative. You will support clinical workflow assessment, configuration, and rollout of Verto solutions across clinical settings, working with diverse stakeholder groups. You will be required to comfortably shift between clinical requirements gathering, project management, change management, and solution design and implementation.
Note: This role is a maternity leave coverage position and will be offered as an indefinite‑term contract.
This role includes required travel to external clinical sites and is classified as Working Environment Risk Level 2.
The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 CAD per year, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
