Altis Technology invites a strategic Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in financial services on a fully remote basis in Canada. Qualifications

• 58 years of business experience, including 34 years leading projects, programs, organizational change, or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience independently managing full project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, governance, requirements gathering, business analysis, and scope management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional methodologies, with PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project scheduling, backlog management, reporting, and collaboration tools.
• Post-secondary education in project management, business, communications, marketing, digital media, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with communications, public engagement, external partnerships, marketing campaigns, events, content production, or digital initiatives is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through close-out, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to define objectives and success measures.
• Develop project charters, business cases, schedules, governance frameworks, communication plans, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and partners to deliver communications, marketing, digital, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage scope changes, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities while building stakeholder consensus.
• Support Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery approaches, including backlog management, sprint planning, and roadmap development.
• Present recommendations to senior leaders and identify opportunities to improve project governance and delivery practices.
