We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in Capital Markets Technology, specifically in Front Office Trading and Risk systems. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology solutions for trading desks, risk management platforms, and electronic trading systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, coordinating between quants, developers, and traders, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management of Front Office technology initiatives, including trading platforms (OMS/EMS), risk engines (VaR, XVA, FRTB), and algorithmic trading solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (traders, quants, risk managers) and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, adhering to Agile/Waterfall methodologies as needed.
• Mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and escalate issues impacting delivery timelines or system performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III/IV, FRTB, MiFID II) and coordinate with compliance/audit teams.
• Manage vendor relationships (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Numerix) for system integrations or upgrades.
• Report project status to senior leadership, highlighting milestones, risks, and resource needs.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
