THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager (18-month Contract) to lead the successful integration and enterprise-wide rollout of our Recycling Recovery SaaS solution to our key customers. This role requires a strong leader who can work with multi-functional teams, identify and manage risk, coordinate with customers and stakeholders at all levels, and ensure that the solution is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

This is a high-visibility role that will serve as the primary liaison between internal business units and our customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning & Execution: Manage project scope, milestones, deliverables, actions, and issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules and risk mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for all project communications and updates. Facilitate regular status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive briefings. Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across all functions. Proactively identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and work with the customer to ensure constant alignment. Track dependencies and manage the change control process to communicate and manage impact on timelines.
• Integration and rollout Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end integration of the SaaS solution with existing enterprise systems and data infrastructure. Ensure all elements of the successful rollout of the solution in production are managed to achieve customer success. Partner with internal operations and external customer teams to develop rollout plans, user enablement programs, and communications to ensure a successful execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years leading large-scale SaaS implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, SaaS platforms, and systems integration best practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools e.g. Monday.com.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
• Strong customer management skills with experience overseeing complex solution deliveries.
• A passion for sustainability and recycling, and environmental technology is a plus!
