Responsibilities:

1. Own roadmaps, workflows, and frameworks used in our solutions, partnering closely with stakeholders and other product and engineering teams to support the broader privacy ecosystem.
2. Work closely with stakeholders and engineers to assess and prioritize product requirements, resulting in achievable, clear product roadmaps.
3. Collaborate with scrum teams to support delivery activities, including backlog management, user story creation, defect prioritization, and assessment of improvement status, ensuring predictable, high-quality deliverables.
4. Coordinate with other product managers and software development leads working on adjacent or platform capabilities to ensure consistent and aligned roadmaps.
5. Create clear, concise documentation to educate stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years of product management or related experience.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
3. Strong understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
4. Proven success in lean engineering and Agile software development.
5. Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements.
6. Experience gathering, analyzing, and leveraging data to make informed decisions, prioritize effectively, and develop impactful solutions.
