Responsibilities of Project Team Leader:

• Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and overall closure of tilt-up projects.
• Align projects with Onni's high standards, and report to senior Managers.

What Will You Do?

• Scheduling: Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules. Reviewing critical path, and quickly adapting or accelerating projects to meet deadlines. Reporting, and updating directors of project schedule.
• Management and Leadership: Complete the tendering process and oversee contract administrator. Assist in the overall planning and defining of project scope for all subcontractors, and employees. Manage project resources from internal and external sources. Handle project documentation, communication, and reporting. Contribute to cost estimating and budget development in collaboration with senior directors.
• Quality Control: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required.
• Ongoing troubleshooting and problem solving: Work with Sr. PM and help oversee project team including Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and Project Engineers. Ensure the project is built on a budget, on schedule, and on drawing specifications. Collaborate with the Leasing team to develop budgets and timelines for potential tenants.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of construction-related experience in commercial or residential projects.
• Direct work experience in a project coordination capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Experience overseeing multi-family projects.
• Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset.
• Project Management education is an asset.
