Looking for the next big step in your mining career? This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior leadership role with the right backing behind you at a well established, foundational mine. Ideal for Project Captains, Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, UG Manager or Supervisors and more.

What we're looking for :

8-10+ years underground hard rock mining experience (development and production)

Leadership experience - formal or informal - with a strong interest in growing further

Solid understanding of underground operations, mine planning, equipment, and ground conditions

Exposure to managing contractors, production targets, safety systems, and cost control

Comfortable working closely with clients, supervisors, and site crews

Experience in Canadian Mining Assets - you must be a resident

Engineering qualification or similar technical background preferred
