Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage time, cost, quality and scope, translate client needs into actionable plans, and monitor progress with proactive risk flags.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience in manufacturing or architectural environments.
• Experience taking projects from prototype to production.
• ERP systems experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally and directly with clients while controlling time, cost, quality, and scope.
• Lead and document key meetings: handover, kickoff, sample reviews, production reviews, and closing.
• Translate client requirements into clear, actionable plans.
• Monitor production progress, materials, and QC checkpoints; raise red flags proactively when risks appear.
• Oversee change management and assess cost/time impacts when needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, GCs, and designers, balancing VOC with VOP.
• Support site coordination and installation follow-up when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally and directly with clients while controlling time, cost, quality, and scope
• Lead and document key meetings: handover, kickoff, sample reviews, production reviews, and closing.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, GCs, and designers, balancing the Voice of Customer (VOC) with the Voice of Process (VOP).
• Support site coordination and installation follow-up when required.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in: Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• CAPM or PMP certification (asset)

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, estimation, procurement, design, or engineering within a manufacturing or architectural environment (fixtures, millwork, metal fabrication, or similar)
• Experience managing projects from prototype to production run (retail, hospitality, or material handling industries is a plus)
• Experience with ERP systems (an asset).
